Celtic Academy coaches work closely with us, while Cabinteely FC coaches take part in structured mentoring programmes. Our players also benefit from development sessions and summer camps delivered by professional Celtic Academy coaches.

Cabinteely FC is proud to be an official partner of DLR Waves, supporting the continued development and progression of our girls’ and ladies’ football teams.

In recent years, we have seen tremendous growth in participation across our female squads, reflecting the growing strength of women’s football both nationally and within our community.

Through DLR Waves, who compete at the highest level in the Women’s Premier Division, promising Cabinteely players have access to a direct pathway into elite League of Ireland football.

Cabinteely FC and Bray Wanderers FC have a player pathway that provides talented young players with a route from our underage teams into League of Ireland academy football.

Player development focuses on technical ability, tactical awareness and physical conditioning.

The pathway includes academy teams at under-14, under-15, under-17 and under-20 level, with the ultimate objective of helping players progress towards senior football.
