For your immediate attention
Important notice for managers, parents and players
We are aware of some members who have been referred for Covid-19 tests or are close contacts to a confirmed case, so are calling all managers, players and parents to be extra vigilant and ensure they adhere to ALL protocols in place.
If you present with any signs of Coronavirus symptoms – fever, cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, diarrhoea, headache, or loss of taste and smell DO NOT ATTEND TRAINING OR A MATCH. We recommend that you immediately contact your GP, who will likely organise a test for you.
If someone in your household has been referred for a Covid-19 test YOU MUST NOT ATTEND TRAINING OR A MATCH until a negative test has been confirmed for that person.
If you are a close contact of a confirmed case, YOU MUST NOT ATTEND TRAINING OR A MATCH for 14 days, regardless if you have received a negative test result.
All matches and training sessions are to be suspended for teams if a person is deemed a close contact to a person who has tested positive or a team member is awaiting a test.
Covid-19 contact tracing for all training sessions and matches is absolutely crucial to ensure the safety of our members and players.
It is essential that any disclosures of a confirmed case or close contacts are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We would appreciate if you could refer all matters of a confirmed case, close contact, or a member who is presenting for a Covid-19 test to the Club Office.
It is necessary for us to limit the number of people within the clubhouse, so if you can submit contact tracing forms digitally or contact the office by email with any enquiries.
Your co-operation is very much appreciated. Let’s err on the side of caution and protect our players, managers, volunteers and our community in every way possible.
