For the first time in 161 days in 2020, Cabinteely return to League action at Stradbrook on Friday in the SSE Airtricity League First Division when we host Cobh Ramblers.
Cabo last played at home on March 6 last when beating Shamrock Rovers II 1-0.
The team have so far taken 13 points from their first five league games.
MANAGEMENT TEAM VIEW
Cabinteely’s Director of Football/Manager Pat Devlin is delighted to be back on home turf after back to back away fixtures against Galway United and Wexford FC since action resumed earlier this month.
“It has been a long time since March without a home fixture. We are looking forward to the game. Cobh are tough opposition; we have never had it easy against them.
He added: “We have a lot of injuries. But we are looking forward to being back at Stradbrook. But unfortunately, with no crowd.”

The club has a number of injuries to contend with.
But are working to have a number of players back to fitness.
REFEREE
Rob Dowling will take charge of the fixture with Philip Harrison and Shane O’Brien being the assistants. Alan Patchell is the fourth official.
