Cabinteely make the short trip across the N11 to face neighbours UCD in the SSE Airtricity League First Division on Friday.

MANAGEMENT TEAM VIEW

Cabinteely First team manager/Director of Football Pat Devlin is expecting a tight encounter in the N11 derby.
“It’s going to be another tough game. UCD are a very good side. They have been very consistent all season; that’s why they are up there challenging for the play-offs.”
He continued “Hopefully we can get a result. We have been a little bit unlucky in the past few weeks. We’ve played well but missed chances and given away silly goals. But overall, I have been very pleased with the commitment and attitude of the players.”

Record appearance holder Kevin Knight and Alex Aspil return from suspension.
But midfielder Ein McPhillips is banned.
Record goal-scorer Kieran Marty Waters misses out through injury.

REFEREE

Alan Patchell will take charge of the fixture with Ciaran O’Reilly and Conor Fitzgibbon being the assistants. Paul Norton is the fourth official.
