Ryan pushing himself hard for Seán

Looks like real tough times for a good cause
On April 26 Ryan Murphy of our LSL squad will be taking on the Marbella IRONMAN 70.3 for a good cause.

The event comprises a 1.9km swim, a 90km bike ride and a 20.1km run (he’ll be tired after all that!). In doing so, he’s seeking to raise awareness for the ‘support4drummo’ campaign with a view to raising vital funds to aid friend Seán Drummond’s recovery from a bad accident.

On March 23, 2019 Seán’s world changed dramatically when he was knocked down in a terrible accident in London. You can read about his progress and contribute to his ongoing treatment here.
